It would be nice to accomplish at least two new rentals today.  Since last month was so busy and we accomplished it many rentals, I really want to keep the momentum going.  To date, this month is starting off a little slow.  It has not been completely dead at North Phoenix Self Storage, however it has not been a very busy learn to the month, either.  I took some ibuprofen for my headache about 30 mins ago.  That should kick in soon and let me to get through the morning better.  Today is bank day.  That means I must go and make the deposits on the bank for work.

    Next week is our auction.  We use a lot of units scheduled for that auction this time.  Unfortunately, none of those tenants have called to create arrangements or given any kind of indication that they plan to give the balances by Wednesday.  So in a few days will be pretty busy with all the auction stuff.  I have already stood a few calls from the public wanting information about it.  There is even a truck scheduled to become auctioned this time at Glendale Storage Company, so we will discover if she pays by Wednesday.  I will definitely need these few days off to get back to normal and rest up for in a few days.
  

    Since his property is already furnished, I will need to store almost all of my furniture with Deer Valley Mini & RV Storage.  We are likely to switch out a couple of pieces of his stuff for my stuff, but whatever we don’t want to keep in the house for now goes into storage.  The plan is to call home together for about six months after which find a home together.  Hopefully we will be able to afford something a little bigger so that we can get my stuff away from storage.  The worst case scenario would be that we have to stay there more than the six months.  If so, then I would probably wind up just selling the stuff in storage so I wasn’t paying a monthly bill to keep it.
